Refund Policy

At Arunachal Epizy (अरुणाचल एपीज़ी), we strive to provide the highest quality exam preparation resources, including CBT-based mock tests and PDF downloads. Because our products are digital and delivered instantly upon purchase, we have established the following refund policy.

1. Nature of Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of Test Series, Mock Tests, and PDF materials are final. Once access is granted or the file is downloaded, the service is considered "consumed." Therefore, we generally do not offer refunds or cancellations for any of our digital products.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

We only consider refund requests under the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same test series or PDF twice, please contact us within 24 hours of the transaction with proof of both payments.

  • Technical Failure: If a technical error on our platform prevents you from accessing the content you paid for, and our technical team is unable to resolve the issue within 3 working days, a refund may be issued.

  • Payment Failure but Amount Deducted: If your payment was successful (amount deducted from your bank) but the test series was not activated on your dashboard, please reach out to us. We will either manually activate your plan or assist you in getting a refund from the payment gateway.

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after purchase.

  • Incompatibility with the user's device (please ensure you have a stable internet connection and a compatible browser for CBT tests).

  • Failure to pass an exam or dissatisfaction with exam results.

  • Accidental purchase of the wrong subject or exam category.

4. How to Request a Refund

If you meet the eligibility criteria mentioned in Section 2, please follow these steps:

  2. Use the subject line: "Refund Request - [Order ID/Transaction ID]".

  3. Include a screenshot of your payment receipt and a brief explanation of the issue.

5. Refund Processing

Once your request is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • The refund will be processed to your original method of payment (UPI, Debit Card, etc.).

  • The amount usually reflects in your account within 5–7 working days, depending on your bank's policies.
