Application are invited in the prescribed format from the citizens of India as defined under Articles 5 to 8 of the constitution of India for filling up the various contractual posts of Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) & Primary Teacher (PRT) as indicate below under the terms of the relevant rules of 'CONTRACT SERVICE' at a consolidated pay of Rs. 20,000/- P.M. fixed for TGT & Rs. 15,000/- for PRT P.M. fixed under the office of DDSE cum DPO ISSE/Samagra Shiskha Upper Siang District Yingkiong.

Last Date

The last date of the submissions of the application of the dully filled in application form is 07^th April 2022 till 4.30 PM. Application received after due date or time or incomplete in any respect will be summarily rejected.

Salary

TGT (Maths): Rs. 20,000/- per month.

TGT (Science): Rs. 20,000/- per month.

PRT: Rs. 15,000/- per month.

Eligibility

TGT (Maths & Science):
Graduation in ZBC/PCM with at least 50% marks & 1 year B.Ed/ Or Graduation in ZBC/PCM & 2 years D.EI.Ed. (by whatever name known)/ or Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks & 4 years bachelor in Elementary Education (B.EI.Ed) in ZBC/ PCM Or Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks & 4 years B.Sc. Ed in ZBC/PCM Or Graduation in ZBC/PCM with at least 50% marks & 1 year B.Ed (Special Education) APTET/CTET (Paper-ll) pass certificate.

PRT:
Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks & 2 years Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known) in accordance with the NCTE (recognition norms & procedure) regulation, 2002/ Or Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 4 years Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.EI.Ed)/ Or Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% and 2 years Diploma in Education (Special Education) / Or Graduation and 2 years Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known) / Or Graduation with at least 50% marks & B.Ed provided, he/she shall mandatory undergo a 6 (six) month Bridge Course in Elementary Education recognized by NCTE within 2 years of his/her appointment & APTET/CTET (Paper-I) pass certificate.

Age Limit

TGT (Maths & Science): 22 to 35 years as on 31^st March 2022 (5 years relaxation for APST candidates).

PRT: 20 to 33 years as on 31^st March 2022 (5 years relaxation for APST candidates).

Reservation

All post advertised are reserved as per Arunachal Pradesh Government norms i.e. 80% is reserved for APST & 20% is unreserved and open to all. However, there shall be reservation of 50:50 for the post of TGT (Science & Maths) i.e.50% is reserved for APST and 50% is open to all.

Interview Schedule

Date of Interview: 13^th April 2022 from 11.00 am and onwards.

Place of Interview: Office chamber of the Deputy Commissioner, Upper Siang District, Yingkiong.

Note

1. Relaxation upto 5% in qualifying marks to APST candidates. The reservation of post i.e. APST, Non-APST (80:20), Meritorious Sports Person and Physical Challenged person shall be as per State Govt. Norms notification from time to time and will be applicable for each category of posts.

Terms & Conditions

1. The DC cum District Project Director Upper Siang District Samagra Shiksha/ ISSE reserves the right to cancel the advertisement /recruitment/ examination process at any stage of the selection process in the event of any dispute/ complicacy or any other administrative reasons.

2. The candidate must produce before the screening committee all necessary certificates in original on the date of interview. Only those candidates whose documents match with those submitted online/offline would be admitted in the interview board. Mismatch in any documents would result in cancellation of his/her candidature.

3. The admission of the candidates at all the stage of selection process will be purely provisional and subject to fulfilment of the prescribed eligibility conditions. If on verification, at any time, before or after the selection process, it is found that a candidate does not fulfil any of the eligibility criteria his/her candidature shall be rejected without any notice.

4. The contract teachers so appointed will be paid the salary as approved by Ministry of Education Gol and no Top Up from State Govt. will be given under any circumstances. (Fixed salary of Rs. 15,000/- for PRTs & Rs. 20,000/- for TGTs per month).

5. The selected candidates shall have to sign a "Deed of Agreement" with the DDSE cum DPO Samagra Shiksha/ ISSE Upper Siang District Yingkiong before issue of formal appointment letter.

6. The proposed recruitment for contractual post are against the resultant vacancy and therefore, the recruitees shall be posted against the school where the resultant vacancy arise in the district.

7. No representation from any quarters will be entertained regarding change of posting place.

8. All other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be governed by the rules or guidelines issued and enforce by the Central/ State govt. from time to time for contractual staffs.

How to Apply

Willing candidates having requisite qualification should submit their application in the prescribe format to the DDSE cum DPO, ISSE/SS office Upper Siang District Yingkiong along with attested 3 (three) copies of recent size passport photograph, attested copies of certificates and mark-sheet from Cl-X to Graduation/Post Graduation & D.EI.Ed, B.Ed, APTET/CTET. Attested copies of ST & PRC in case of APST. Application form will be issued from the office of DDSE cum DPO, ISSE/SS Upper Siang District Yingkiong during office hour w.e.f. 24/03/2022 to 07/04/2022 @ Rs. 250/- for APST Candidates and Rs. 350/- for Non-APST.
