SAMAGRA SHIKSHA, INTEGRATED SCHEME FOR SCHOOL EDUCATION (ISSE) LOWER SIANG DISTRICT

Application are invited offline from bona-fide citizens of India possessing requisite Educational qualification and age 1st March 2022 for the following contractual posts shown below under District project Director. Samagra Shiksha District Society/ISSE, Lower Siang District. Govt. of Arunachal Pradesh. The posts are purely contractual in nature and renewable every year subject to satisfactory performance and continuation of posts by the Ministry of Education. Govt. of India. The numbers of post are indicative and may be varied (increase or decrease) on either side at the time of preparation of final selected list.

Eligibility

Primary Teacher (PRT):
Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 2 year Diploma in Elementary Education(by whatever name known) in accordance with the NCTE (recognition Norms and Procedures) Regulation, 2002/ Or Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 4 years Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed.)/Or Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with 50% marks and 2 years Diploma in Education (Special Education) / Or Graduation and two year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known),/ Or graduation with at least 50% marks and B.Ed, provided he/she shall mandetorily undergo a (6) six months Bridge Course in Elementary Education recognized by NCTE within 2 years of his/her appointment, And APTET/CTET (Paper-l) pass certificate.

TGT (Elementary) Science & Maths:
Graduation in ZBC/PCM with atleast 50% marks and B.Ed/Or Graduation in ZBC/PCM and 2 year D.EI.Ed (by whatever name known)/ Or senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 4 year Bachelor in Elementary Education (B.EI.Ed.) in ZBC/PCM or senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 4 year B/Sc. Ed in ZBC/PCM or Graduation in ZBC/PCM with at least 50% marks and 1 year B.Ed (Special Education) And APTET/CTET (Paper-ll) pass certificate.

TGT (English):
Graduation in English with atleast 50% marks and B.Ed/Or Graduation in English or Hindi and 2 year D.EI.Ed (by whatever name known)/Or Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 4 year Bachelor in Elementary Education (B.EI.Ed) in English or Hindi Or Senior Secondary(Or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 4 year BA, B.Ed in English or Hindi Or graduation in English or Hindi at least 50% marks and 1 year B.Ed (Special Education)And APTET/CTET (Paper-ll) pass certificate).

Head Teacher:
Bachelor in Any discipline with B.Ed or any equivalent degree.

Office Assistant:
Graduation in any discipline with minimum 6 months diploma in computer application.

Data Entry Operator:
Class XIl Pass with minimum 6(Six) months Diploma in computer Application.

Resource Person (English):
Master in English with 50% marks and having 1 year B.Ed.

Part Time Instructor (Work Education):
Minimum XIll Pass with atleast 45% marks and 2 Years ITI Certificate in any trade (Plumber, Electrician, Motor Mechanic, Electronic, wireman, Carpenter etc.).

Part Time Teacher (Work Education):
Minimum X Pass with 2 Years ITI Certificate in any trade (Plumber, Electrician, Motor Mechanic, Electronic, Tailoring, Knitting, wireman, Carpenter etc.).

Accountant:
B.Com with 2 years Diploma in Computer Application having account software Knowledge.

Age Limit

Primary Teacher (PRT): 20 to 33 Years (5 years Relaxation for APST candidates).

TGT (Elementary) Science & Maths: 21 to 35 Years (5 years Relaxation for APST candidates).

TGT (English): 21 to 35 Years (5 years Relaxation for APST candidates).

Head Teacher: 21 to 35 Years (5 years Relaxation for APST candidates).

Office Assistant: 21 to 35 Years (5 years Relaxation for APST candidates).

Data Entry Operator: 21 to 35 Years (5 years Relaxation for APST candidates).

Resource Person (English): 23 to 35 Years (5 years Relaxation for APST candidates).

Part Time Instructor (Work Education): 18 to 28 Years (5 years Relaxation for APST candidates).

Part Time Teacher (Work Education): 18 to 28 Years (5 years Relaxation for APST candidates).

Accountant: 21 to 33 Years (5 years Relaxation for APST candidates).

Reservation

1. Relaxation upto 5% in qualifying marks to APST candidates. The Reservation of i.e APST:Non-APST (80:20), Meritorious Sports Person and Physically Challenged person shall be as per State Govt. norms notified from time to time and will be applicable for each category of posts. However, for TGT Science and Math the ration shall be 50:50 (APST & Non APST).

Selection Criteria

The selection of the contractual Posts under Samagra Shiksha/ISSE shall be based purely on the Guidelines framed by the State Cabinet on 18th February 2020 and modification of the same (Point No.2) on 14 July 2020 which have been conveyed from State Project Office vide letter AR/ISSE/ESTT/78/2019-20/6879-85 dated 28th July 2020 and corrigendum dated 14th August 2020.

Note

1. It will be mandatory for the new appointees to undergo an induction training & orientation programmes organized by the Department after his/her appointment.

2. In case of candidates with B.Ed/D.EI.Ed in Special Education, it will be mandatory for him/her to undergo a (6) six) months Bridge course in Elementary Education recognized by NCTE within 2 years of his/her appointment.

3. No TA/DA is admissible for appearing interview.

4. List of eligible candidates shall be notified in the office notice board on 22nd March 2022. And no separate Call letter shall be issued to eligible candidates.

5. District Project Director, Lower Siang District Samagra Shiksha/ISSE, reserves the right to cancel the advertisement/ examination processes at any stage of the selection process in the event of any dispute/ complicacy or any other administrative reasons.

6. The candidate must produce before the screening committee all the necessary certificate in original on the date of interview. Only those candidates whose documents match with those submitted offline would be admitted in the interview board. Mismatch in any documents would result in cancellation of his/ her candidature.

7. The admission of the candidate at all the stage of selection process will be pure provisional and subject to fulfillment of the prescribed eligibility condition. If on verification at any time, before or after the selection process, it is found that a candidate does not fulfill any o the eligibility criteria. His/her candidature shall be rejected without any notice.

8. The continuation and extension of the service of the selected candidates after 31st of March 2023 shall be subjected to the approval of the project (Samagra Shiksha) by Ministry of Education, Govt. of India.

9. The selected candidates shall have to sign a “Deed of Agreement” with the DDSE cum DPO. Samagra Shiksha/ISSE, Likabali Lower Siang District Before the issue of formal appointment letter.

10. The proposed requirement for contractual post is against the resultant vacancy and therefore, the recruitees shall be posted against the school where the resultant vacancy arose in the district.

11. No representation from any quarters will be entertained regarding change of posting place.

12. All other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be governed by the rules or guidelines issued and enforced by the Central/State Govt. from time to time for contractual staffs.

How to Apply

1. The application form is available at the office of DDSE cum DPO,ISSE/SAMAGRA SHIKSHA, Likabali. The application forms will be issued from 11th March 2022 to 21st March 22 upto 12 noon on payment of Rs. 50.

2. Last date of submission of application is 21st March 2022 upto 4 pm. After expiry of stipulated date & time application form will not be accepted in any means.

3. Candidate should submit self attested copies of all relevant documents along with 2(Two) copies of passport size photographs.
