ARUNACHAL PRADESH STAFF SELECTION BOARD

The APSSB conducted Examination for the post of Vocational Instructors in various trades on 18.09.2021 & 19.09.2021, which was advertised vide Advt. No.07/2019 dated 11.12.2019 and addendum vide Notice No.APSSB13/32/2021 dated 09.09.2021.

Provisionally Shortlisted Candidates

Based on written examination conducted on 18.09.2021 & 19.09.2021, candidates with the following roll numbers have been provisionally shortlisted for appearing in the Viva Voce.

Note

1. No candidate has been shortlisted for Viva Voce for the post of Basic Cosmetology and Fashion Design Technology as none of the candidates could secure the minimum qualifying marks.

2. The provisionally shortlisted candidates will also have to mandatorily upload their documents by logging into the website www.apssb.nic.in using their credentials from 27.09.2021 to 01.10.2021. The candidates who have been provisionally shortlisted in more than one post will have to indicate their preference during document verification on the day of viva voce.

3. The allocation of post shall be done after viva voce and document verification, based on eligibility and merit-cum-preference Provisionally shortlisted candidates shall be allotted post only as per the preferences indicated during document verification Failure to upload documents and indicate post preference may result in resection of candidature and non-allotment of post.

4. The candidature of all shortlisted candidates is PROVISIONAL and their eligibility in all respects as prescribed in the Advertisement and Recruitment Rules. The candidates would be required to produce their latest original certificates/ documents in support of their claim relating to age, educational qualifications, category, experience etc. during verification of their documents.

5. The date & venue of the Viva Voce & Document verification shall be intimated in due course.

6. Candidates must note that their candidature is purely provisional at this stage and their appointment will be subject to their name figuring in the provisional select list which shall be prepared after viva voce & document verification. Apart from that, they should fulfil the eligibility criteria as per advertisement No.07/2019 dated 11.12.2019, including possession of the requisite document, failing which their candidature may be summarily rejected at any stage.

7. Further, the Appointing Authority i.e. the indenting/user Department verifies the character and antecedents of the Candidates, authenticity of documents/certificates and eligibility as per the Recruitment Rules before finally appointing the candidate(s). Therefore, the provisional shortlisting of a candidate does not confer upon him/her any right of appointment unless the Appointment Authority is satisfied, after such inquiry as may be considered necessary, that the candidate is suitable in all respect for appointment to the post.
