HEALTH TRAINING & RESEARCH CENTRE, PASIGHAT

In pursuant to Govt. of Arunachal Pradesh notification No.DME.T&R/18011 dated 27th July 2021 and approved by Deputy Commissioner, East Siang District Pasighat. Applications in prescribed format are invited from Female Citizen of India residing in East Siang District, for Auxiliary Nursing Midwifery (ANM) Training Course at HTRC, Pasighat for the session 2020-21.

Last Date

The last date of receipt of dully filled application :- 15th September 2021 at 4 PM.

Education Qualification

Class XII Passed with minimum 40 % from any discipline.

Age Limit

Age between 17 to 35 years for APST candidates as on 31/12/2021.

Course Duration

Duration of Training- 2(two) Years Course.

Application Form Fees

₹ 100/- per form.

Method of Recruitment

Written test only.

Written Test Date

26th September 2021.

Documents Required

  1. ST Certificate
  2. PRC
  3. Cl-X & XII Passed Certificate with Class - XII Passed Mark Sheet (minimum 40%)
  4. 3 (three) Nos of recent passport Photograph

How to Apply

1. The candidates must apply along with application form, ST Certificate, PRC, Class - X Passed Certificate, Class - XII Passed Certificate alongwith Marksheet and 3 (three) Nos recent passport size photograph. All relevant documents must be self attested and submitted to the office of District Medical Officer, East Siang District Pasighat on or before stipulated date.

2. Application format can be obtained from office of the District Medical Officer, East Siang District, Pasighat on all working days from 10.00 AM to 04.00 PM on payment of Rs.100/- per form.

Note

1. Application which are incomplete in any respect or received after the stipulated date will not be entertained and the DMO, Pasighat will not be responsible for delay in receipt of application due to any reason what so ever.

2. No TA/DA will be paid to the candidates for appearing the written test, they will have to make their own arrangement for fooding & lodging etc.

3. The candidate should be a Permanent Resident of East Siang District.

Important Dates

1. The call letter will be issued on 23rd September 2021.

2. The written test will be conducted on 26th September 2021.
