The APSSB conducted the Combined Graduate Level Examination on 01-08-2021, which was advertised vide Advt No. 11/2021 Dated 01-06-2021 and Addendum Vide Notice No. APSSB-13/4/2021/1173 Dated 29th July 2021 for the posts of UDC.

Provisionally Shortlisted Candidates

On the basis of written examination conducted on O1-08-202l for the above mentioned posts, candidates with the following roll numbers have been provisionally shortlisted for appearing in the Skill Test which is mandatory but of QUALIFYING nature:

Important Instructions

The provisionally shortlisted candidates will also have to mandatorily upload their documents by logging into the website www.apssb.nic.in using their credentials from 01/09/2021 (10:00 AM) till 07/09/2021 (03:00 PM).

The allocation of post and Department shall be done after Skill Test and document verification, based on eligibility and merit-cum-preference. Provisionally shortlisted candidates shall be allotted Districts/ Departments only as per the preferences indicated. Failure to upload documents shall result in rejection of candidature and non-allotmentof post.

The candidature of all the shortlisted candidates is PROVISIONAL and subject to their qualifying in the Skill Test and their eligibility in all respects as prescribed in the Advertisement and Recruitment Rules. The candidates would be required to produce their latest original certificates/ documents in support of their claim relating to age, educational qualifications, category etc. during verification of their documents.

Candidates must note that their Candidature is purely provisional at this stage and their appointment will be subject to their name figuring in the provisional Select list which shall be prepared after the Skill Test & Document verification. Apart from that, they should fulfill the eligibility criteria as per Advertisement No. 11/2021 dated 01.06.2021, including possession of the requisite document, failing which their Candidature may be summarily rejected at any stage.

Further, the Appointing Authority i.e., the indenting/user department verifies the character and antecedents of the Candidates, authenticity of documents/ certificates and eligibility as per the Recruitment Rules before finally appointing the candidate(s). Therefore, the provisional shortlisting of a candidate does not confer upon him/her any right of appointment unless the Appointing Authority is satisfied, after such inquiry as may be considered necessary, that the candidate is suitable in all respects for appointment to the post
